＜チケット購入済みの方へ　返金のご案内＞

既に該当日のチケットをオンラインで購入された方には、返金のご案内が届きます。
チケットの発券元であるe-tixデータファームより、６月２日(火)中に購入時の登録したアドレスへ返金についてのご案内が配信されます。

Temporary Closure Notice

Due to the approaching typhoon, the Tokyo Toy Museum will be temporarily closed on Wednesday, June 3.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

Refund Information

Visitors who have already purchased tickets for this date will receive a refund.

Refund instructions will be sent to the email address registered at the time of purchase by e-tix Datafarm, our ticketing provider.

Please refer to that email for details regarding the refund process.

Additional Information

• The museum telephone line will not be available during the temporary closure.
• The Museum Shop will also be closed in accordance with the museum's closure.
